Declared operating environment
The supplier shall declare that the proposed monitoring system is suitable for the stated use case and the Hot and humid climate profile, including the environmental stressors listed in this specification.
Step 3 — final specification
Use case + climate profile = final specification. This version applies the smart-city climatology use case to the Hot and humid climate profile.

Clause 1
The supplier shall declare that the proposed monitoring system is suitable for the stated use case and the Hot and humid climate profile, including the environmental stressors listed in this specification.
Clause 2
The complete station shall meet the following minimum environmental limits: 0 °C to +60 °C, high humidity, condensation risk, UV exposure, and biological fouling.
Clause 3
The supplier shall describe ventilation, sealing, drainage, material stability, and insect or fungal protection measures suitable for hot and humid exposure.
Clause 4
The bidder shall submit temperature and humidity suitability data, UV durability information, sealing details, and maintenance procedures for humid climates.
