Acceptance check:
Buyer verifies that the declared environment matches the project site and that no subsystem is excluded from compliance.

Clause 2

Environmental limits

The complete station shall meet the following minimum environmental limits: -20 °C to +55 °C, wind-driven rain, salt-laden humidity, and coastal corrosion exposure.

Bidder evidence:
Datasheets, environmental test reports, enclosure ratings, battery specifications, and any derating notes.

Acceptance check:
Submitted documents show compliance for the full assembled station, not just individual sensor elements.

Clause 3

Exposure-specific design measures

The supplier shall use corrosion-resistant materials, sealed connectors, protected cable routing, and mounting details suitable for salt-laden environments. Bare dissimilar-metal junctions exposed to weather shall not be accepted without justification and protection.

Mechanical drawings, materials list, connector details, protection measures, and maintenance instructions.

Acceptance check:
Review confirms that design measures are physically implemented and not merely optional accessories.

Acceptance evidence for this climate profile

The bidder shall submit corrosion-resistance evidence, material specifications, connector sealing details, grounding design, and maintenance instructions suitable for coastal salt exposure.

Acceptance check:
Buyer confirms that the submitted evidence directly matches the claimed climate profile and operating range.
